Manual Scrubs should be one to three times a week. Massage in an upward circular motion then rinse well with tepid water.

Jojoba beads are very gentle. They can be used in place of your cleanser every day.  Jojoba beads can be used on sensitive skin. Salt is a great scrub for oily skin. Just add in a teaspoon to your regular cleanser.

Sugar is a great scrub for normal to dry skin. Add a small amount to your cleanser and scrub away! This is also great for dry and flaky lips!
